This is something I came to learn when I joined AIESEC, a global youth-run organization that provides young people with leadership training, cross-cultural internships, and volunteering experiences. Today, I’m still reminiscing the stories we created together, which have inspired me to become my better self.
After spending eight years with the organization and fulfilling my role as the President of AIESEC in 2010 and 2011, I traveled to India and Belgium to help social enterprises and startups to get their first (Seed capital / Series A) funding round or exit, through growth marketing, product strategy, and user experience.
Seven years ago, I moved to the Netherlands to join EVBox, at the time a small Dutch electric vehicle (EV) charging provider with fifteen people. Fast forward to end of 2020, and EVBox has grown over 700 people, increased its installed base from 30,000 shipped charging ports to over 300,000, and revenue from 6 digit number to 9 digit numbers, amongst many more accomplishments.
I’m happy to have been catalyst at EVBox, leading growth and with the help of fantastic talent, built a brand, a marketing engine, a long-term strategic thinking, a collaborative policy approach and a culture of passion and authenticity.
After EVBox, I took a family sabbatical to Costa Rica & Portugal for a few months and since mid-2022, I’ve taken various growth advisory roles at fast-growing companies—from eMobility scaleups like IECharge, Dott, and Vaylens to established technology providers such as CLEVR and SIG. I’m keep taking on fractional leadership roles—as I also build a SaaS business and launch a book.
As of January 2023, I’ve taken a further entrepreneurial step, by co-founding Ritmoo, a goal management platform for scaleups and mid-size businesses. By leveraging Ritmoo’s goal management software and strategy services, companies can better clarify their vision, align teams around shared goals, and foster a collaborative company rhythm.

Diving deep into the buyers journey, the ideal customer profile and aligning marketing, product, and sales team towards a shared goal has been a foundation to my revenue-focused strategies.
